SUB FLOOR PREPARATION
Preparation is the key to any successful flooring installation, we will visit your property to take accurate measurements of the rooms to be fitted out; also to inspect the sub - floor. We will advise where necessary if your floor requires the addition of a ply board or adhesive latex screed. This will ensure a smooth finish to your floor, particularly in the case of an luxury vinyl tile or vinyl installation.
